We had a lovely stay with great access to explore Custer and nearby attractions like Wind Cave and Mt Rushmore. The room was spacious and clean, making it comfortable for our family. Breakfast was delightful, and we enjoyed the cinnamon rolls the most.
My children wanted more breakfast options, maybe some waffles or biscuits and gravy would’ve made it perfect.

I found the hotel to be a good spot for enjoying the breakfast. The coffee was good and set me off for the day. After exploring the area, it was nice to return to my room where I could unwind. The staff helped with anything I needed. Overall, a solid experience.
It would have been better if I had access to a balcony instead of an indoor space. I also felt a bit cramped in the lobby during check-in, which could be improved.

Great Family-Friendly Amenities
I had a lovely stay for 4 nights with my family in a room that was well-suited for us. The breakfast was delightful with a variety of warm options, and the staff was always quick to replenish items whenever needed. The family-oriented atmosphere allowed us to enjoy some quality time together in the spacious dining area. However, the pool could use better cleanliness as it had some bugs floating during our visit.
